• Wolf Point East, an exclusive leasing and marketing assignment for the firm, reached 80% leased. The news was covered in Bisnow, Loop North News, REjournals and other CRE media outlets.

• The real estate brokerage firm also reached leasing milestones at exclusive properties resulting in press coverage in REjournals and other multifamily trade publications.

• The team at SWPR also secured a profile article in Urbanize Chicago about a new apartment development in Lakeview named Panorama.

• The company was also named one of the fastest-growing companies in North America by The Financial Times.

Kiser Group

• Advisors Andy Friedman and Jake Parker brokered the sale of a $32 million condo deconversion. The team at SWPR secured an exclusive with Crain’s Chicago Business.

• Principal and Managing Broker Lee Kiser bylined a Forbes article titled, “The Inevitable Crossroads For A Successful CRE Broker”.

• Advisor Rick Ofman listed a $12 million mixed-use property. The listing was featured in MultifamilyBiz and Multifamily Press.

• Advisor Kyle Sissell brokered four properties in Gary, Indiana. The news was covered in REjournals and other industry publications.

• The law firm earned the Institutional Partner Award from Chicago-Kent and distributed a press release about the win.
