This month, we had the opportunity to help the CEO of Fortress, Kerri Davis, share her insights with Forbes via the bylined article, “Fixing The Unsolvable Problem: When Is It Time To Build Your Own Solution?”
The end-to-end operations platform for the property management industry, also announced its integration with The Work Number from Equifax. Press pickup included Marketwatch, PR Web, Yahoo! Finance, Multifamily Press and Benzinga.

We were thrilled to see CEO Kerri Davis featured in the RE Journals as a CRE Future Leader and recognized as one of GlobeSt.’s CRE Women of Influence honorees. She’s an incredible powerhouse taking on the PropTech world, and we are so excited to partner with her and Fortress on this journey!
Kerri also spoke at the Apartment Internet Marketing Conference, an event placement we we earned from our relationship with the event production company.

We had the privilege of assisting Luxury Living Chicago Realty with the announcement of its co-development and joint venture with Mavrek Development and GW Properties to construct a mixed-use luxury apartment and office complex in the heart of Chicago’s Streeterville neighborhood. The development news was covered in RE Journals, Urbanize Chicago, Crain’s Chicago Business, Connect CRE, The Real Deal, Chicago Business Journal, Chicago Sun Times, Bisnow and RE Business Online just to name a few.

Our team helped Greenstone Partners share its listing of a mixed-use portfolio in Wicker Park that was featured in ConnectCre.
The Greenstone Partners team also listed two loft opportunities in Fulton Market as seen in The Real Deal and ConnectCre.
RE Journals connected with CEO and Managing Partner Danny Spitz on the future of retail in Chicagoland.
Three northside listings in Lincoln Park and Lakeview saw press pickup in ConnectCRE and Chicago Business Journal where Managing Director Jason St. John was interviewed.
Two sales totaling 2,915,000 at 1637 W North Ave and 939 W. Armitage were featured on Traded Chicago.

WPD Management highlighted the continued growth of its multifamily portfolio by announcing its newly created regional property management position and naming three team members to the role. Our team garnered placement of the news in RE Journals, Multifamily Press as well as the Chicago Business Journal, where COO Patrick Ryan was interviewed.

Performance Real Estate Advisors celebrated more coverage of its team launch last month with Partner and Managing Director Dan Piatkowski interviewed on the firm’s specialty in the sale of affordable housing throughout the U.S., with a special focus on the Midwest, by RE Journals.
