Affordable Housing Investment Brokerage

  • AHIB’s Kyle Shoemaker and Dan Piatkowski brokered a $2.5 million, 60-unit affordable housing deal in Kansas City, Missouri. The press release was featured in REjournals, YieldPro, MultifamilyBiz and more.

  • The firm also brokered two affordable housing properties in the state of New York totaling $11 million. Kyle Shoemaker and Neal Wolf‘s deal was featured in REbusiness, Multifamily Press and MultifamilyBiz.

  • We worked with Principal and Managing Broker Lee Kiser to produce an article, Pandemic Takeaways For Multifamily Owners, which ran on Forbes.com.

  • Andy Friedman was promoted to Director, and the announcement generated press mentions in Chicago Business Journal, Bisnow, Connect CRE, YieldPro and more.

  • The Real Deal was looking for a local market expert for Edgewater and we connected them with Advisor Jake Parker. The interview resulted in a press mention.

  • Kiser Group’s Birk | Sklar team is marketing a 100-unit portfolio on Chicago’s southside. The press release about the deal generated articles in The Real Deal, Connect CRE, MultifamilyPress and more.

  • Advisor Kyle Sissell brokered over $1 million in multifamily transactions in Indiana, resulting in press coverage in Traded and REjournals.

  • Lee Kiser earned the Q3 Power Broker award from CoStar.
