We worked closely with Insider to place a marquee profile of Aaron Galvin where he discussed how he built Luxury Living Chicago Realty into the beacon of industry that it is today. Our team’s connection with the publication led to a virtual interview with Kathleen Elkins, Senior Investing Reporter at Insider, where he discussed his path from a real estate side gig in college to a path of financial freedom and building generational wealth. The interview also resulted in a second and third article placement for the CEO.
Our efforts in announcing Luxury Living Chicago Realty’s Streeterville project, a co-development and joint venture with Mavrek Development and GW Properties, continued to build steam with news coverage of the mixed-use luxury apartment and office complex featured in Multifamily Biz and Construction Review Online.

The SWPR team secured Kerri Davis as a featured guest on the Straight Up Chicago Investor Podcast, where she discussed how to leverage technology efficiently to manage your Chicago Property Portfolio. Listen in here.

CEO Kerri Davis was also engaged as a panel speaker for REJournals Chicagoland Apartment Summit on The New Face of Management, thanks to our partnership with REJournals.

We connected Danny Spitz, CEO and Managing Partner of Greenstone Partners with Authority Magazine where he discussed his top tips for success in the real estate industry.
The Greenstone Partners team announced the $8.2 million sale in Portage, Indiana, where its own Jason St. John, represented the seller and procured the buyer. The news was covered in REBusiness Online.

The Affordable Housing Investment Brokerage engaged our team to work with them on their most recent news of sale closures on two low-income housing tax credit apartment buildings in Palatka, Florida for $4.85 million. The announcement was picked up in MultifamilyBiz, Senior Housing Business, and Multifamily Press.

Our team worked with Karen Mangia of Authority Magazine to connect with CEO and co-founder of Anthill, Muriel Clauson where she discussed how companies are creating cultures that support wellness in the workplace.
