Content marketing was a big focus in November – everything from copywriting blog posts to ghostwriting.
CEO Kerri Davis was featured in Forbes for her article, Implementing New Technology: Lessons In Change Management And Leadership.
We coordinated interviews with team members to launch a new blog series titled, "Why I Joined Fortress." Our first two posts highlight SVP of Engineering Duncan Wong and VP of Product Ryan Strait.
An additional blog post that was featured in an email marketing campaign included Why Did Walker & Dunlop Invest in Fortress?
On the traditional media front, we developed and distributed a press release announcing notable new hires, securing coverage in PRWeb, Multifamily Press & more.

We secured an interview opportunity for CEO and Managing Partner Danny Spitz on Straight Up Chicago Investor Podcast. In Episode 177 – How to Analyze and Buy Mixed-Use, Retail, and Other Commercial Real Estate Assets in Chicago – Danny talks about his first real estate deal, the difference between residential and commercial properties, as well as the importance of building relationships.
lulafit
In the second month of a PR blitz, lulafit is focused on the future. Our team submitted CEO Colleen Werner for various speaking engagements in 2023 centered around Future of Work, Office Trends and PropTech.
As part of her Forbes Business Council membership, we helped produce Colleen’s first Forbes article, Workplace Change: Returning To In-Office Participation.
We also secured a feature for VP of Operations Emily Koches in REjournal's CRE Future Leader series.
