This is our final press recap of 2022 and also the last recap until we come back online in July. The firm will be closed January-June 2023, as Founder Sabrina Wottreng takes a professional pause to welcome her family’s first child.

For now, check out what we were up to in December with our monthly highlights of top client news and PR wins:

lulafit

  • We closed out our three-month PR sprint with lulafit helping them achieve three Forbes mentions in the month of December in addition to evergreen social media content creation efforts the wellness platform can use throughout Q1.

  • Our team collaborated with lulafit CEO Colleen Werner to write and publish her first Forbes article to address Workplace Change: Returning To In-Office Participation. The insightful piece offers tips on how employers and organizations can entice workers back to the physical office environment.

  • Colleen also offered her professional insight alongside a panel of experts for the recent Forbes article, “16 Tips For Successfully Pivoting Your Business”.

  • Closing out December, the SWPR again collaborated with Colleen to write and publish a second Forbes article, this time outlining “What Offices And Employers Can Learn From The Hospitality Industry”.

Luxury Living Chicago Realty

  • SWPR helped Luxury Living celebrate its 15th anniversary by creating and distributing a press release highlighting the company’s origins, where it is today, and what’s ahead. The news appeared in ConnectCRE, Bisnow, REjournals,  Multifamily Press, MultifamilyBiz and was distributed on the newswire for added SEO benefits like appearing in MarketWatch.

  • Luxury Living also gained additional press coverage for its continued joint venture work on the Saint Grand — a 21-story luxury property in Streeterville. The upcoming groundbreaking for the development was featured in the Chicago Business Journal and ConnectCRE.

Fortress

  • Our content creation efforts resulted in six blog posts published in December, supporting their email drip campaign marketing campaigns, driving demo requests and leads.

Greenstone Partners

  • We worked alongside Greenstone Partners to create and distribute a press release to observe its continued growth and success in 2022. The piece — detailing their team growth, top transactions, and awards — was covered by ReJournals.

  • The brokerage firm also earned attention from Traded Chicago for recent sales in Orland Park and Homewood.
