The SWPR team kicked off the month by assisting in the creation and distribution of a press release detailing AHIB’s most recent deal — securing coverage in Yield PRO, Multifamily Press, and MultifamilyBiz.

We assisted in developing the award submission that landed CEO Marc Rutzen on GlobeSt’s coveted Influencers in Multifamily list for 2023.
Our team secured placement for Rutzen in two Forbes articles — 18 Factors And Metrics To Show The Value Of Cybersecurity Initiatives and 20 Customer Service Tech Tools It’s Definitely Worth Investing In.
Our October media outreach also garnered demos and interviews with reporters at top-tier commercial real estate and business outlets.

SWPR was honored to announce its third annual scholarship recipient, Loyola University Chicago Junior Allen Ford III. Established in 2021, the SWPR scholarship fund assists LUC students pursuing a bachelor’s degree in communications.
