Luxury Living announced its latest marketing and leasing assignment — a new mixed-use multifamily rental building at 741 North Wells. The SWPR team collaborated with the developer’s PR firm, securing coverage in Urbanize Chicago and REjournals, in addition to numerous other press placements.
LLCR’s Aaron Galvin also received attention after being announced as a speaker at the upcoming Bisnow Multifamily Annual Conference in Chicago. Aaron will offer his insight into building, designing, and delivering product as part of the Forward-Thinking Development, Design, and Construction panel.
Keeping the momentum, the entire LLCR team earned a spot as “Team Influencers” on GlobeSt.com’s annual list of Influencers in Multifamily Real Estate.

In August, our team worked with Fortress CEO Kerri Davis to write and publish yet another piece for Forbes — DEI: Still A Buzzword For Many Companies, But The ROI Is Real. The informative article delves into the many ways companies can benefit from making diversity, equity, and inclusion a priority.
Kerri also received some much-deserved recognition for her role as an influencer in the multifamily industry. GlobeSt.com announced this month that the powerhouse CEO was selected as one of the Influencers in Multifamily Real Estate of 2022 to be recognized at the upcoming GlobeSt. 2022 Multifamily Fall conference.

Press wins began early in August for Greenstone Partners, as the SWPR team helped secure placements in both REjournals and ReBusiness Online for the brokerage firm’s $6.7 million sale of an office building in Chicago’s Lincoln Park.
We ended the month securing an exclusive interview with Crain’s Chicago Business for a notable State Street redevelopment opportunity. The news was also picked up by Bisnow, The Real Deal, REjournals and more.
Our team also achieved key placement for Greenstone’s sale of a $3 million north suburban retail center as part of a 1031 exchange. The deal was featured in Chicago Business Journal, REjournals, and ReBusiness Online, among other outlets.

August was a big month for PRECAP, which brokered an impressive $15 million Naperville medical office property. SWPR assisted in earning press placement for the sale, landing coverage in ConnectCRE, Chicago Business Journal, Becker's ASC Review, The Real Deal, Healthcare Real Estate Insights, as well as others.
