The SWPR team highlighted the work of LLCR’s Aaron Galvin to secure a nomination for the Executive of the Year Award at the Illinois Real Estate Journal awards. Ultimately, Aaron received the award for his work as a trailblazer in the industry, as well as his undeterred focus on guiding his team through the pandemic with a renewed focus on and achievement of significant growth.
Our team also secured multiple placements for Luxury Living Chicago Realty’s achievement as the exclusive leasing and marketing partner of Highpoint at 8000 North. The luxury property, now 50 percent leased, was featured in Urbanize Chicago, Multifamily Press, and REjournals.
LLCR’s Aaron Galvin also received attention at the Bisnow's The City Of Fulton Market event on July 13. During his presentation, Aaron forecasted what’s in store for multifamily in Chicago’s ever-growing West Loop/Fulton Market.
One Oak Brook Commons, another property receiving leasing and marketing expertise from Luxury Living Chicago Realty, also earned plenty of placement for its achievement of 50 percent leased. SWPR ensured the upscale 17-story, 250-unit apartment building was featured in REjournals, Multifamily Press, ConnectCRE, and Urbanize Chicago.

In July, our founder had the pleasure of interviewing Fortress CEO Kerri Davis at GlobeSt.com's Women of Influence event. Additionally, during the awards ceremony, Kerri was recognized as an influential woman in commercial real estate and was also a featured speaker at the event, detailing her career journey as the founder of a property management software company.
Prior to Kerri’s recognition at the GlobeSt.com event, the SWPR team secured pre-event coverage in the exclusive: A View From The Top: How One Woman of Influence Launched a Leading PropTech Firm.
Our team also worked with Kerri to write and publish a Forbes article on How To Market Your Technology In A Laggard Industry. The article offers details on how companies can achieve purposeful engagement and clear communication in their efforts to appeal to the real estate industry.
In a notable end to a whirlwind month of coverage, the SWPR team also secured a lengthy profile interview for Kerri in Authority Magazine. The feature, Women Leaders Of Real Estate: Kerri Davis of Fortress On The 5 Things You Need To Succeed In The Real Estate Industry, highlights Kerri’s success and determination in the CRE industry.

Starting off July with a bang, Greenstone Partners received plenty of recognition at the Illinois Real Estate Journal Awards, winning Investment Brokerage Team of the Year. Senior Director Brewster Hauge was also recognized as a finalist for the Emerging Leader of the Year award.

To help celebrate the success of Greenstone Partner’s first half of 2022, the SWPR team earned press coverage with the distribution of a press release detailing the company’s strong first half of the year.

Our team secured press coverage in ReBusiness Online, Healthcare Real Estate Insights, Traded Chicago, REjournals, and the Northwest Indiana Times for Physician Real Estate Capital Advisor’s $4.1 million sale-leaseback in Indiana.
We also helped achieve placement for PRECAP’s $16.4 million deal in Waterloo, Iowa. The two-property UnityPoint Health Portfolio sale was featured in REjournals, Healthcare Real Estate Insights, Becker's ASC Review, ReBusiness Online, and Traded Chicago.

SWPR obtained an Authority Magazine profile interview of High Fidelity Property Management Owner John McGeown. In the in-depth piece, John describes the five life and leadership lessons he learned from his time in the military.
Our team also saw to the distribution of High Fidelity’s mid-year data, resulting in coverage in both Multifamily Press and ConnectCRE.
The SWPR team ended July earning coverage of the property management company’s recent addition of a Senior Property Manager. The High Fidelity hire was featured in REjournals. Multifamily Press, and Bisnow.
