Luxury Living Chicago Realty
Our team collaborated with LLCR’s Christine Carr to produce two new articles for Inman. In her features, Carr discussed two timely topics: how to get buyers moving and coping with the inevitable uncertainty of the real estate industry.
SWPR also landed multiple placements for Luxury Living Chicago Realty’s announcement that they have continued to meet the luxury apartment demand by adding 25 team members. The news, which also outlined recent promotions and the firm’s exclusive marketing and leasing assignments, was featured in Yahoo!, REjournals, Chicago Agent Magazine, PR Web, and ConnectCRE.
Greenstone Partners
In the month of June, SWPR connected AJ Patel with REjournals for a CRE Future Leaders feature. The piece focused on Patel’s background, as well as his current accomplishments and future aspirations with the brokerage.
The Greenstone Partners’ team also announced multiple closings, including an $8.2 million sale in Portage, Ind., brokered by founding partner Jason St. John. The sale landed placement in REjournals, Northwest Indiana Business Magazine, The Times of Northwest Indiana, and Michiana Business News.
Greenstone’s Managing Partner Jason St. John and Senior Director Paul Tesdal represented the seller in a trio of sales in Wicker Park for $7.5 million, scoring plenty of buzz in the real estate community. REjournals, Chicago Business Journal, ReBusiness Online, ConnectCRE, and Traded Chicago were among the outlets reporting on the news.
Even with notable sales under their belt, Greenstone Partners didn’t stop there. Managing Partner Jason St. John and Senior Director Paul Tesdal were soon at it again, this time representing the seller in a $16 million sale of a multi-tenant office portfolio in the suburban Chicago neighborhood of Naperville. Covering the sale were the Chicago Business Journal, REjournals, ReBusiness Online, and Traded Chicago.
Rounding out their month of wins, was Greenstone’s sale of a single-tenant retail location in Wicker Park for $1.5 million. The sale, brokered by Senior Director Brewster Hague, was featured in ConnectCRE, REjournals, and Traded Chicago.
Fortress
The SWPR team worked closely with Kerri Davis as she developed her latest feature for Forbes. In her article, she addressed the ways tech firms can effectively team build in order to improve their company culture.
The announcement of Fortress’ most recent addition – the strategic hire of Rebekah Quattlebaum – also received numerous press placements. The details were published on Yahoo! Finance, PR Web, Benzinga, Real Estate Weekly, and CREtech.
Physician Real Estate Capital Advisors
Our team also assisted Physician Real Estate Capital Advisors in spreading the word about their most recent sale of an $8.2 million New Jersey three-tenant medical office building. The news was featured in multiple outlets, including: Becker's ASC Review, Healthcare Real Estate Insights, NJBiz, Real Estate New Jersey, and ROI-NJ.
